The Club

The Offshore Yachting Club of Rhodes (O.Y.C.R.) was founded in 1989 based in Rhodes, through the love of its founders for the sea.

To register with OYC of Rhodes, please complete the application and send it by email to asiathr1989@gmail.com together with proof of deposit of your annual subscription (registration) of €60 to ASIATHR's account at Alpha Bank with IBAN: GR8401406400640002002016789 (Beneficiary: ATHL.SYLL.ISTIOPLOON OPEN SEA RHODES or ATHL.SYLL.ISTIOPLOON)
(Attention: It is different from the Bank account of the Federation - EIO -, where the annual deposits for the sports ID are made)

Learn how to Sail!

Sailing School

It has been operating since 1988.
It gives a sailing boat captain's diploma up to 18 meters. Approved by the Hellenic Sailing Federation and the General Secretary of Sports.
It lasts eight (8) weeks. Every October to December. Saturday and Sunday.
Accepts people over 18 years old who know swimming and have a edical permission to participate in sport events.

OYCR intends to organise additional courses for advanced and competitive sailing.
